On July 5th, the State Council Information Office held a series of themed press conferences on "Promoting High Quality Development". The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that as of the end of June this year, China has cultivated over 140000 specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, including 12000 specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises. Next, we will increase support for the cultivation of specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises.

China will leverage the role of the National Fund for the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises to drive social capital to invest early, small, specialized, and innovative. We will deepen the implementation of the special action on digital empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises, carry out pilot projects for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in cities, and strive to achieve full coverage of digital transformation of specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises by 2027.
